Regardless of whether you are recovering from a recent surgery, in pain from an injury, or uncertain about what to expect in physical therapy, our team will be with you every step of the way. Our goal is to make each appointment, from beginning to end, as simple as possible by being transparent and knowledgeable. Our team is always on top of the most relevant and current rehabilitation strategies so that we can continue to provide elite care.

Arrival Time

We ask patients to please arrive 5-10 minutes before your first appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and get everything in place for your visit.

Your Initial Evaluation

Your initial visit will include an evaluation (approximately one hour) to identify your specific functional problem(s), set goals and outline a treatment plan to achieve both short and long-term goals. This visit typically includes education, treatment and home exercises.
